You can also access the Dispute Panel from the Left Navigation Panel by clicking on "Disputes".
You can activate the Disputes Window in the User Panel by clicking on Disputes in the Left Navigation Panel.
Notice that when you click "Disputes" from the Navigation Panel, that the window below is now set to "Disputes".
