Credit Report Re-sellersResellers of credit information, or reports, purchase the data from one or all three of the credit bureaus. Occasionally they "package" that information so that it looks different on your screen, but it is the same information that the bureaus sell.
Prices for reports purchased from a reseller vary from company to company, as do the types of other services that they offer. Generally speaking, these resellers purchase the information from the bureaus at a discount, and resell it you to - oftentimes at the same price that you could get by going directly to the bureau, but occasionally at considerably higher prices.
