Installation Difficulties

Installation difficulties occasionally occur, and we know that when they do - it can be VERY frustrating.   We hop that this section will answer some of the more common questions.

 

Question:   I have a MAC and the software won't run.

Answer:   The software is a Windows based product and will not run on a MAC.

 

Question: I click on the icon to start the program, but it seems to take along time to load.

Answer:   That is because the software is "building" it's database.   It takes about 30 seconds for this to happen, and it happens each time you launch the program.
